A. Mauclair

Anthony Mauclair

Founder & engineer in Singapore. I take products from a blank folder to real users — the code, the infrastructure, and the team around them.

I’ve been building since I was twelve: a competitive Minecraft network that grew past two thousand members, the digital backbone of a financial-literacy nonprofit working across four countries, and GrillTask, a task-and-rewards app now heading to the App Store. Off the keyboard I produce music, edit video, and run live sound.

Building a gamified accountability app solo — product, code, and billing.

Running the tech for a financial-literacy nonprofit in four countries.

  • 2022–
    StrikeMC · Founder

Selected work

Smaller things: a Roblox game about marine pollution built with a friend, six years of freelance video editing for creators past 100k subscribers, and the lighting, sound, and video for a TEDx event.

About

Most of what I know comes from running real things: servers with players on them, apps with payments in them, teams with actual people in them. StrikeMC taught me Java, Linux, DDoS mitigation, and how to lead a staff of thirty. GrillTask taught me to ship a full product alone — data model to App Store. ARISE is teaching me what technology looks like when the users are volunteers and the metric is impact.

Day to day I work in Java and the React Native / Firebase / Stripe stack, on Linux boxes I manage myself. I build with AI-assisted workflows — Claude Code, mostly — which lets me move like a small team without lowering the bar for what ships.

The other half of my time is creative: I produce future bounce in FL Studio, play piano by ear, DJ school events on Rekordbox and Serato, and spent six years editing video professionally, first in Premiere and After Effects, now in DaVinci Resolve. I speak English and French natively and I’m learning Spanish.

I’m an IB Diploma student in Singapore, Class of 2027, aiming at computer science and business — the long-term goal is building AI-powered companies that solve unglamorous, real problems.
